How does payment & ordering work?
Once you place the initial order via the order form you will receive a paypal invoice allowing a $30 partial (deposit) payment this secures your booking and begins the design process. Within a day or two (depending on the time of year) you will receive your online/printed proof to finalise details. Once the design has been approved the balance payment is required before your order is fully processed.
How do I send my invitations & check my RSVPs?
Once your design is approved and you have submitted your guest list, you will receive a guest list page with your RSVP account login details and all your invitations as buttons, simply tap and paste into a message to the appropriate guest in Whatsapp or any text messaging platform.
How do I add the guest names?
We will supply you with an excel template for the guest names but we except any text format once the names are entered vertically.
Do I need to make a list of phone numbers?
From a GDPR perspective we do not require phone numbers. It is also easier for you to send via our guest list platform rather than compiling numbers manually.
What’s the difference between an invitation and a wedding website?
The only difference is the wedding website option will not have the guest names on the page it will be a generic website / invitation. The wedding website can also be used as a generic invitation.
Can I make changes to my invitation after?
We can make 1-2 sets of changes for you after completion but if the changes are significant there may be a small additional fee.
Can I add additional names to the personalized invitations after?
We ask that all names be included in your initial guest-list including your maybes but we do accommodate a final additional list of names if needed.
How long does it stay online for?
From date of completion and going live the invitations will remain online for 4 weeks after the wedding date if you wish to keep them longer we can accommodate for a small fee.
How does the guest photo share work?
Images can be taken directly by you and your guests from any device camera or camera roll, the images will upload to a gallery which only you will have access to, you can remove and download images to your device. Once your happy with the gallery you can share back with all your guests via your guest list page.
Can I use my own design and colouring?
Yes we can accommodate a full bespoke design for you its best for this option to contact us by email outlining your vision!
Can I have an evening invitation also sent to certain guests?
Yes we can alter your existing invitation for an evening or any other worded version, if personalised we can set up those invites to be sent to particular guests.
How does it work when sent by WhatsApp or text message?
Simply tap relevant button on your guest list page, paste to WhatsApp where a brief description of the invitation will appear along with a thumbnail image relevant to your design and send!
Can I send by email?
The online invitations can be sent by email however we strongly advice against this option as in our experience spam filters can cause delivery issues as well as the hassle of compiling email addresses. Its also not possible to keep track of what’s been sent. Our text messaging system provides 100% delivery rate with zero issues.
Can I add my own photos to the invitation?
Yes we can add any images for you. Its best that the quality of your image is decent standard keeping the aesthetic of your design looking great. Most phone pics will work well and its best for images to be in a landscape format. Please email the images placing your names and wedding date in the subject bar.
Can i add any question to the online RSVP form?
Yes you can have as many questions as you wish including menu options, dietary requirements, day two responses and any thing else you may need.
Can i add multiple names and plus guest to my invitations?
Yes you can have as many names on one invitation as needed.
Will it work on any device?
The invites are designed to be compatible and responsive on all devices.
Can I make changes to the invitations myself?
All changes are carried out by our design team. Our invitations have been designed and crafted to look and function with fluidity, functionality and ease. With web design alterations made can have a significant negative impact on the ascetics and responsive functioning of your invitation and as a result we leave the editing to our skilled design team who can arrange your content in the best possible composition retaining the quality and ascetics we strive to produce.
